I just got added to a social anxiety group a short while ago.

The therapist leading the sessions expressed that she doesn't find it "strange", given my history as a trans-man and a bullying victim in school followed by chronic pain and fatigue which creates a bit of social isolation on it's own, that I've developed a bit of social anxiety.

I didn't go through the list you linked (cause I'm in a bloody hurry at the moment) but I'm sure lots of 'em match up as the overwhelming majority of social anxiety symptoms fit me to a T.
The list is very long but the items which I find intriguing are:

Back pain, stiffness, tension, pressure, soreness, spasms, immobility in the back or back muscles
Body aches, parts of or your entire body feels sore and achy, feels like your body and muscles are bruised
Body jolts, body zaps, electric jolt feeling in body, intense body tremor or “body shake”

Neck, back, shoulder pain, tightness/stiffness
Night sweats, waking up in a sweat, profusely sweating at night
Numbness and tingling, and other skin sensations on hands, feet, face, head, or any other places on the body
Persistent muscle tension, stiffness
Sexual Dysfunction, sexual uninterest
Shooting pains, stabbing pains, and odd pressures in the neck, head, or face
Shooting pains in the face
Shooting pains in the scalp or head
Skipped heart beats
TMJ
Trembling or shaking
Twitching

Fear of making mistakes or making a fool of yourself to others
A heightened fear of what people think of you

Feel like there is something stuck in your ear, that your ear canal it plugged or blocked, that there is a pebble in your ear that you can't get out
Low rumbling sounds
Reduced hearing, frequent or intermittent reduced hearing or deafness in one or both ears
Tickle or itch in your ear that you can't seem to get at

Nightmares, bad dreams
Repetitive thinking or incessant ‘mind chatter’
Underlying anxiety, apprehension, or fear
Feeling like things are unreal or dreamlike

Have no feelings about things you used to
Underlying anxiety, apprehension, or fear
A ‘tinny’, ‘metallic’ or ‘ammonia’, or unusual smell or taste
Difficulty falling or staying asleep
Frequent bad, bizarre, or crazy dreams
Insomnia, or waking up ill in the middle of the night
Jolting awake
Waking up in a panic attack
Yeah, got almost all of that, aside from panic attacks.
Check I have them all
what do you do for anxiety?
Take meds and try to relax or focus on something else or something I try various ways to try to cope.
If I wake up feeling anxious, I walk on the treadmill for 20 minutes and it usually goes away.

I always just find stopping and experiencing the moment, becoming aware of the moment helps the stress

peace

Rev. Kurt

I take xanax prn.  I'm not anxious most of the time.  But when I am, I shake and feel emotionally powerless.  Xanax when anxious or before seeing someone who make me crazy helps a lot.

I thought you were discribing me!
most of us have anxiety because our minds and bodies run on sympathetic mode i.e. fight or flight.  A new study found that this may be the primary cause of our illness.  Our brains are stuck in this mode and it effects serotonin dopamine and norepinephrine levels over time. That is why anxiety and depression are so common among fibromites

How do you reverse a stuck brain?
