i beleive our bodies are so complex and we really know very little about this amazing expression of divine thought. I do beleive all thought , emotions are stored in our muscles. we carry all our emotions w/us from the moment we are physically born until we leave this earth. I benefit from emotional healing techniques, tapping certain accupressure points while using kinseology , eye movement , thought, affirmantion. I came out in my early 20's as a gay male and it was and still is a process. I often think if fibro is link to muscle emotions. would love to hear what others think

I only use the Trazodone for sleep. Nothing else. In elementary school I was very different from most kids and I came out early in high school. That went well but for some reason I was nervous from theater meets where we did duet improve and went to state. I got so sick and that seems to be the starting point. Kind of a shitty childhood and that could have added to it. Who knows. I'm really interested in the LDN now that I see everyone talking about it.

I used to have nervous problems when I was in late highschool and all of college. I would take about 12 hot baths a day to try to calm myself down. For some reason those helped. I did anything and everything to stay calm but I would have fits that I couldn't control. Doctors put me on Prozac, Zoloft, Trazodone, etc. I also NEVER slept. Would go for three days without sleeping while I was in college and not by choice. I would just never sleep..it was horrible. Trazodone helped that, stopped working for a while and tried all the others, but Traz worked the best and still does. I think the nervous problems triggered the fibo and I did have a lifting injury that still hurts every day now. Just a simple tear or something in my back. Keeps me up every night.

I've been meaning to start that discussion in the Forum for awhile. In some ways it's pointless to speculate about the past, but I have about a dozen theories that I'd be willing to share

Does anyone remember an ordeal that may have triggered there fibro? Or do they think that it's just always been a problem, just now it's much worse.
Just curious.
