- I have had fibromyalgia for many years, but was documented in 2006.
- What is your current treatment protocol? Supplements?
- I take Gabapentin in the morning and at nighttime before bedtime. I take Mirtazapine for sleep. Lorezapam for anxiety when needed. Migraine preventative meds. My supplements taken are : Fish oil, MultiVitamin, B6,B12, Calcium, glucosamine HCL MSM, COQ10, Vitamin C,
- Favorite activities/hobbies?
- I enjoy playing sports outdoors on my good days. My goal is at least 2 times a week. My recovery from these activities take longer then I prefer, but I understand this is part of the disease. I enjoy going to sporting events as well. Pacing myself is one of my keys to successful outcomes on any given day.

- Rock n Roll from the 70's and 80's, Jazz.
