great to hear something is working for you, been tempted to go to herbalist here recently, may do soon. Have started taking Kava Kava some nights, seems to help. Been finding CPAP machine bothersome some nights.

As for hobbies - none for which I am sad, my energy and enthusiasm levels have been flat for years, maybe linked to depression?

Hi Rick this is locally made stuff i.e. Zimbabwean active ingredients:Pau D'arco ,Calendula ,Thyme,Cinamon ,Artemesia affr.,Swartzia madagasiensi -tiny writing so unsure of exact spelling -it has cut down pain levels and has give me a new lease of life doing things -hope it lasts- a clove of garlic a day also helps- stay sane -Adrian

Hey Adrian, the lorazepam works for me for sleep as well, but I try to only use it on nights where I can't sleep and have horrible insomnia. Sometimes I feel like I have the most energy when I go to bed! What kind of "herbal concoction" do you use?

hi Im Adrian Maasdorp in Zimbabwe I have largely conquored the sleep thing with Lorazepam which helps with stress attacks as well I strugle to work at our chuch putting audio tapes sermons onto hard drive and sort of running a library and Sunday book table Other times I listen to free TV or music.Recently I got a herbal concoction which all but knocked out FM pain so far Anxiety/prayer are also part of my life being scizophrenic hope to hear fromsomeone

Does "Debating on the internet" count?
I swear, without the possibility to flex my logic-muscles by fiercely debating something serious on the internet, I'd probably loose what intelligence I have left!
I also take internet classes in English and psychology with the local college (our school system is different than yours college is the closest equivalent).
I draw and paint.
I spend an obscene amount of time socializing on the internet.
I play computer games.
I (try to) write.
I tend to the berry plants in the yard (this really isn't the work it sounds like it is).
I cook and bake for my family.
and... uh... I sleeeeeeeeeeeeep a lot.
